Nauticat Rendezvous

Mark your calendars for the weekend of September 20, 2008. My wife, Pollie, and I would like to host a mini-rendezvous at Herrington Harbour North, Deale, Maryland (apx. 20 NM south of Annapolis).

Friday, 19 September:

Check-in

6:54 PM - Pot-luck supper on the dock and Nauticat boat tours/tech talk. Beer/wine/soft drinks provided.

Saturday, 20 September:

10:09 AM - Deale Bluegrass Festival and Car Show (plenty of food and drink - lunch at the festival)

5:46 PM - Dinghy race to dinner at Hooters and Crabs, a.k.a. Skippers Pier Restaurant.

Sunday, 21 September:

Check-out

Herrington Harbour North has offered us slips for $1.50 per foot and are attempting to get us free tickets to the Bluegrass Festival. They have reserved "L" and "M" Docks for us (our boat is at the "T" end of "L" Dock). Please email a tentative RSVP to mauriceh@verizon.net so I can give the marina an early estimate. We will firm up the commitments at a later date.

A courtesy car and bicycles will be available in case you need to run for supplies or have an extra 5 minutes to tour Deale, MD.
