Nauticat 44
(Hull #152)
Motu
MOTU is entered by a sliding door on stb side of pilothouse (there is a similar door on the port side for occasional use). Large U-shaped settee on port side with dining-sized teak table allows plenty of room for crew, guests, and skipper to be in pilot house while cruising or in port. Stb side of pilot house has the inside steering station, instrumentation, excellent visibility, lots of storage, hanging locker, and a large aft-sliding hatch. The master cabin is aft with center-line queen berth, enclosed head and shower with tile floor, full-size hanging locker, good lighting, ventilation and storage cabinets. Forward of the pilothouse and down two steps to port is a private cabin with single berth over double berth, hanging locker and plenty of storage. Galley is opposite with approx. 7 ft. of counter space with under counter storage. Cabinets and two banks of drawers allow plenty of room for food and cooking equipment. Port side head has separate shower stall and tile floor. V-berth is forward with a shelf/child's berth over the stb side of the V-berth. This yacht has multi-system heating capabilities, including reversible heat pumps (air-conditioning). The boat is currently in Wrangell, AK which allows for a sales tax-free transaction for the buyer. Over the five years that we have had the boat, she has been excellently maintained including many upgrades. MOTU is in turnkey cruising condition, fully prepped and stocked, and in fact, we will continue to cruise SE Alaska until she sells. Take the wheel of this little ship and continue to cruise the spectacular Inside Passage of Alaska and British Columbia. This vessel priced at approximately 55 to 58% of the new sail-away cost in the Pacific NW. Call for full equipment, upgrade and supply list, pictures and other details.

Nauticat 43
Ketch rigged
(Hull #16)
Denali Rose
Due to health issues, this unique sailboat is available for sale years before expectations. This Nauticat 43 (NC-43) is ready for worldwide passages and perfect in its seaworthiness. NC-43s are Sparkman & Stevens ketches, designed for extended cruise range sailing. This vessel is probably the only NC43 ever expressly built without teak decks, thus no deck leak issues. The current owners, an Alaska-born retired airline pilot and his “engineer in training” wife, bought her in 1997. They named her Denali (the Alaskan native word meaning “the great one,” a mountain now known as Mt. McKinley) and added Rose to the name. The owners have updated virtually every system aboard. In 1998, they even flew to Finland to meet the manufacturers and to buy replacement parts. As seasonal cruisers, they have sailed her from Maine to Texas, and throughout the Caribbean, where she has been stored on shore each rainy season. Guests remark that they cannot believe she is a 1983-era sailboat because she is so well maintained. Denali Rose comes with a complete inventory, vast quantities of spare parts, repair manuals, tools, and galley cooking and serving utensils. Currently, she is in the southern Caribbean but the owners will sell her for 10% less if new owners buy her in tropic waters before she goes through the Panama Canal and heads for Seattle next year. Bring your checkbook and sail her away with confidence in turnkey cruising condition. Until sold, as health prevails, the owners will sail her into the Pacific and enjoy more years of sailing in the Pacific Northwest.

Summer Passage
Summer Passage is a two owner, Nauticat 38, that was built in 2001, and commissioned in 2002. She is a two owner vessel, and has been meticulously maintained, including hull waxing and brightwork refinishing annually. She is currently moored in the Pacific Northwest, in Anacortes Washington. I am hesitantly putting her on the market due to a medical issue with my leg. Otherwise, she would not be on the market for many years.
